Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Posty, the social media planning and scheduling service operated by appzlr (“Posty”, “we”, “us”) at posty.appzlr.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use Posty for a company or a client, you confirm you are allowed to accept these Terms on its behalf.

1. The Service

Posty helps you plan, write and schedule posts for Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts: brand profiles, AI-written caption drafts in Arabic dialects and English, an occasions calendar and monthly content plans, scheduling and publishing, reminders for accounts you post to by hand, team collaboration and client approval links. Features depend on your plan.

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate information.
  • You sign in with your email and password or with Google. Keep your password and your email account secure: you are responsible for activity under your account and workspace.
  • Workspace owners control who has access to a workspace, its brands and its connected accounts.
  • Tell us right away at posty@appzlr.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Facebook and Instagram

  • Connect only Pages and accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
  • Connecting an account authorises Posty to publish the posts you or your team schedule, and to read basic account information and post results.
  • Posty uses Meta’s official API only. Your use of Facebook and Instagram stays subject to Meta’s terms and policies. Meta can change or limit its API at any time (for example daily publishing limits, review requirements or photo formats); we will adapt where we reasonably can, but we cannot guarantee every feature will always be available.
  • Accounts added as manual accounts are not connected: Posty reminds you at the scheduled time and you publish the post yourself.
  • You can disconnect an account at any time from the Channels page, or remove Posty from your Facebook settings.

4. Your content and AI drafts

  • You keep all rights to your content. You give Posty a limited licence to store, process and transmit it only to provide the Service (for example to publish it, to show previews to people you share approval links with, and to send it to AI providers when you ask for suggestions).
  • You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to it, including images, trademarks and other people’s personal data.
  • AI suggestions are drafts. They can be inaccurate or unsuitable. Review and edit every caption, plan and hashtag before you publish: you are responsible for what you publish. Don’t rely on AI output for prices, offers, health claims or any statement of fact.
  • Occasion dates that depend on the moon (such as Ramadan and the Eids) are estimates and may move by a day.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Posty to:

  • publish content that is unlawful in Egypt or where it is published, including content that is defamatory, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, misleading, or that infringes intellectual property or privacy;
  • send spam, run fake engagement, impersonate others, or break Meta’s rules;
  • distribute malware, or access accounts, systems or data without authorisation;
  • overload, reverse engineer or interfere with the Service, or get around plan limits.

We may suspend content or accounts that break these Terms or Meta’s policies.

6. Plans and payments

  • Free plan. Every workspace starts on the free plan, with the limits shown on the pricing page (for example one brand and a number of posts and AI generations a month). No payment details are needed.
  • Paid plans. Prices are in Egyptian pounds and shown on the pricing page. Each payment buys one period (a month or a year) and does not renew automatically; we remind you before it ends.
  • How to pay. By card or mobile wallet through Paymob, or by InstaPay or wallet transfer using the payment code we give you. A transfer is activated once we confirm we received it, usually within hours on working days.
  • When a paid period ends and you don’t renew, your workspace returns to the free plan. Nothing is deleted, but the free plan’s limits apply (for example, extra brands can’t be used and new posts count against the monthly limit).
  • Price changes. Prices may change with the exchange rate. A change never affects a period you already paid for.
  • Posty does not take payments from your customers and does not move money on your behalf.

7. Refunds

If you’re not satisfied, email us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. Later payments are non-refundable, except where Egyptian consumer protection law or other applicable law requires otherwise. Refunds are sent back by the method you paid with.

8. Availability and publishing

We work to publish every post on time, but publishing depends on Meta, your account’s permissions and limits, and internet infrastructure. We don’t guarantee a post will be published at an exact minute or that Meta will accept it. If a post fails, we tell you why and, where it helps, try again.

9. Termination

You can stop using Posty and delete your workspace or account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end access if you seriously breach these Terms or if the law requires it. After termination we delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and we don’t guarantee any reach, engagement, sales or other business result.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Posty’s total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to what you paid for the Service in the three (3) months before the event that caused the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by Meta or other third parties. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For significant changes, we will tell you by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Using the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes go to the competent courts of Cairo, after first trying to resolve them amicably by contacting us. This does not take away mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of the place you live.
